Henry
Henry Albro is the founder, inventor, and COO of Bal-Last Interlocking Ballast Systems. He has forty eight years of experience in the wastewater industry, serving as a municipal operator for over twenty years. He served as a municipal sewer superintendent and managed wastewater plant upgrades and sewer collection system construction projects. Sewer system construction included gravity, foreman, pumping stations and pressure sewers.
He was President of the MWPCA for two and a half years and held the role of Massachusetts state director for NEWEA. He is a lifetime member of the Water Environment Federation (WEF) and served formally as a chair for the membership committee for eight years. Henry's experience with pressure sewers began in 1985 as a system owner, installer and service provider. For the past 23 years he was best known as a trusted advisor, system designer and sales engineer involved with over 55,000 installations in the New England region.
