Shady Springs, Daniels, WVA

May 2016

The folks at Trombold Equipment Company (TEPCO) brought this opportunity to us to ship large quantities via flatbed. This 120 pump project was one the larger jobs to date and the furthest away. We stepped up to the challenge and made deliveries in the spring/summer.

This rural community was a perfect fit for pressure sewers with small diameter pipelines able to traverse a variety of terrains.

These long distances between homes made the case for pressure sewers.

Bal-Last was selected for this project based on the wide range of site conditions. Bal-Last had to comply with the Pennsylvania ST-3 and American Iron and Steel requirements.

Bulk delivery made the most sense for Bal-Last

Pallets with 24 blocks each or 6 sets of Bal-Last with assembly hardware were shipped to the contractor’s site.

We arrived on site to assist with the first few installations to make sure all was right. This was a great opportunity for feedback and to evaluate our shipping and packaging methods.
